NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Bishop’s
Stortford Community Sports Club will be held at The Charles Edwards Pavilion,
Cricketfield Lane, Bishop’s Stortford, Herts CM23 2TD on Monday 27 th November
2023 at 8.00p.m. when the business of the meeting will be as follows:-
- Apologies for Absence.
- To receive and consider the Report of the Directors and the Financial
Statements of Accounts for the company for the year ended 30 th
September 2022 together with the Accountant’s Report of the Reporting
Accountants thereon. - To elect John D. Kilby & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Reporting
Accountants of the Company and to authorise the Directors to set the
remuneration of the Reporting Accountants. - To transact any other ordinary business of the Annual General Meeting
including a report upon the trading position of the wholly owned subsidiary
trading company and a report upon the composition of the Board and an
update on the new pavilion project.
